Baby Robin Continuing Saga

Today I went down to see if the birdies were

still in the nest. Three have flapped their

wings and left the nest. This little guy was the only one left.

I waited an hour & went back, he was just flying away...and I was able to get a picture of him. I was absolutely amazed at how much they have grown. This one was almost as large as the Mom, except he doesn't have the long tail feathers. They've all flown away now, so this is the end of my Robin story. I hope you've enjoyed the pics.

Oh how I've enjoyed hearing about the baby birds!!! They are just beautiful and I almost cried when I read that they are all grown up now and flown away. Thank you so much for sharing that with us. It was absolutely wonderful reading and keeping up with the babies.

On another note. I'm really enjoying all of your wonderful creations! Thank you for sharing that with us too!!

I knew it wouldn't take long for the wee birds to leave the nest. It's amazing isn't it that they mature so quickly. Down here in Texas the birds have three laying seasons. We have some nesting in our carport, but they sure won't let you near enough to watch! I've enjoyed yur Robin Saga, and all your beautiful creations.
